Why Young Afghan Professional Alliance (YAPA)?

YAPA is designed to bridge the gap between Afghan youth and decision-making processes. Despite representing a significant portion of the population, young Afghans often lack platforms to contribute to peacebuilding and governance. YAPA creates a space for collaboration, skill development, and advocacy to ensure youth voices are heard and valued.

The Rationale

Young Afghans face systemic exclusion from peace processes and governance structures. YAPA addresses this gap by creating pathways for engagement, ensuring that youth perspectives shape Afghanistan’s future. By investing in young professionals today, we build the foundation for lasting peace and prosperity tomorrow.
